10TH AMBASSADORS’ CONFERENCE

The 10^th Ambassadors' Conference had the theme “Entrepreneurship and Humanitarian Foreign Policy in Presidential System of Government".

In order to strengthen the international dimension of the conference, foreign guests were invited to this year's sessions, as was every year.

Within this scope, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Slovakian Foreign Minister and President of the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly Miroslav Lajcak and Sudanese Foreign Minister Al-Dirdiri Mohamed Ahmed came together with Turkish Ambassadors in the conference which was held at Ankara and Konya on August 12-17.

The ambassadors' conferences, the first of which took place in 2008 and became traditional, are important in terms of addressing all aspects of Turkey’s multidimensional foreign policy which aims to achieve peace, stability and welfare in the region and beyond, and ensuring more effective coordination.
